| I've
lived in UA since: I have lived in Columbus all
of my life.
and have lived in UA since 1987. I graduated from The Ohio State
University in 1979 with a major in Professional Speech.
Prior
to owning Russell Real Estate, I was first licensed as a Real Estate agent
in 1983 and practiced Real Estate until the early 90's. I went back in to Real
Estate full- time working with an Upper Arlington area Independent Broker in 1996.
I sat for the Broker's test and obtained a Real Estate Broker's license in 2002,
then started Russell Real Estate.
The
most rewarding part of my job: Helping people achieve their personal
goals whether it be selling or buying because I run my company I can be FLEXIBLE
WITH COMMISSIONS AND MAKE DEALS HAPPEN!
My
recreational activities: having fun with my 9 year old son, Christopher, Family
vacations and singing.
My
family members are: Jim Russell, husband and Realtor with Russell Real Estate,
Christopher James Russell our son who Is a student at Barrington Elementary, and
our
2 Shetland Sheepdogs, Shelby who will soon be 10 and Missy who will soon
be 2.
The
best kept secret about my business:
Even though our
commissions are very low, with listings as low as 2% our service is exceptional
and personal. You get the best of all possible worlds. We do sell homes for top
dollar. Just because we give deals on commissions to save you money doesn't mean
we don't get YOU top dollar for your property!
The

I
used to be a professional singer. My
favorite UA place to frequent: Lazarus Kingsdale My
fondest memories of UA are: Going
on my first date with my husband at a UA restaurant.
My
favorite TV show: "Cramer's Mad Money" on CNBC. My
future plans for my business: To continue to provide low cost Real Estate
services, flexible commissions, superior customer service to the community and
the entire Central Ohio Area.
My
favorite food: lasagna

greatest inspiration is:
My
mother I am very
committed to a superior job for my clients at affordable rates. When asked by
potential clients," What should I look for in a Realtor" I answer don't
ask me about my company but ask past clients. I have a list of literally hundreds
of satisfied customers. My business is 95% referral business. |
